A clean, careful job

We lay drop cloths from the door to the hearth, seal the fireplace opening and keep a high-efficiency vacuum running the whole time, so soot stays in the chimney and out of your living room.

What we clean

We brush the flue from top to bottom and clean the smoke chamber, smoke shelf, damper and firebox. If you have a stove or insert, we clean its connector pipe or liner too.

What we look for

While we sweep, we check for cracked flue tiles, a rusted damper, a damaged crown or a missing cap. Anything we find is photographed and explained, with a written quote if it needs fixing.
